• Email address — when you join our waitlist or request earlaccess
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type (via anonymised analytics)

We do collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health, financial, or biometric data) at this stage.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Notify you when SynStack AI launches or early access becomes available
• Send product updates and announcements you have opted in to receive
• Improve our website and understand how visitors engage with it

Our lawful basis for processing your email address is legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we store your data

Waitlist email addresses are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider, on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). Supabase is compliant with GDPR. We apply row-level security and restrict access to authorised personnel only.

We retain your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until SynStack AI launches and you choose not to become a customer.

5. Third parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
• Vercel — website hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS and security
• Anthropic — AI mo(no personal data is passed to this service)

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk
