SynStack AI is operated by Ketan Tailor (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the SynStack AI platform at synstack.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

SynStack AI provides AI-powered agents designed for financial services marketing teams, including tools to assist with compliance checking, content generation, and campaign workflows. The service is provided on a subscription basis and features may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

SynStack AI offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain full access to the service until that date. To cancel, contact us at hello@synstack.ai.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within SynStack AI is the intellectual property of Ketan Tailor unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of any content you input into the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service to you.

5. Disclaimers

SynStack AI is an AI-assisted tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Outputs generated by the platform should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. We do not guarantee that content produced by SynStack AI will be compliant with FCA rules or any other regulatory framework. Compliance decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ketan Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SynStack AI. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SynStack AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or in breach of FCA regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
